Scroll down to Search for a Planning application, register there, search for "Asserby" and submit a comment/objection. Or if you reply by e-mail please send your comments to Andy Allen. andy.allen@e-lindsey.gov.uk
The latest given date is 15 August 2014 for consultation replies. Comments can be accepted up until the day before the decision is made on the application, which at the moment ELDC have no idea when that will be.
I would definitely recommend putting your objection in writing, it pays to have as many residents writing their letters as possible now that Eric Pickles has stated local residents have more sway over the decisions (that is yet to be seen but its the idea). But your objections need to be on material considerations such as:
- Highway safety
- Traffic
- Noise
- Effect on listed building and conservation area
- Design, appearance and materials
- Government policy
- Previous planning decisions (including appeal decisions)
- Nature conservation
Look at the Planning application by EnergieKontor and see what issues they've addressed. These are the ones they will argue they have met the guidelines.
Please put up a fight.
