Android phone lost data settings?

I had to reset my Samsung phone to factory settings. It wouldn't boot. Kept cycling around .

2 things.

1. Make sure you've backed up. You can sync to gmail. Or export contacts to sdcard . Before you lose them.
2. You'll need to restore your data settings .

On my Talktalk Samsung phone message to 40127

This will return to you the configuration settings but it will not be in your normal messages.
Open Messages press Menu there Will be Configuration Messages press and Install the latest message.
You may need to restart but now you should be able to connect to internet etc.
