The biggest threat is the far east (mainly Chinese) who still use them for Medicine - BAH!!
Anyway have you noticed how much stuff we buy from China. Maybe if we stopped they would listen. Maybe too we'd encourage our own manufacturing industry as well and get us out of this mess?
