Giving Manchester Councils the Health Service to Run is the highest Folly.
Instead give The Health service the Social Services and Care Services from the Councils.
Its ludicrous to allow the Councils mis-manged by Elected Buffoons to now try and run Health.
Councils should have all the services taken way and run by Proper organisations. Lets regionalise the Health Service and run it properly.
Lets just have local councils to deal with things they understand and can manage like Parking and dog-mess.
Everything else is a service and can be run centrally.

BBC - Entertainment tax to be abolished
Why should we all in 21st Century Britain pay a tax to be entertained? A faceless Quango of backslapping n'er do wells who can't get a proper job runan organisation bleeding £3.5 billion from the long suffering tax payers of Britain.
Unlike Councils there's no one elected to oversee what the BBC is doing yet they have that vast income and no cut backs. Councils on the otherhand look after children, the elderly and sick and have less and less money to do it.
The whole system is SICK.
Its just not RIGHT or FAIR!
Why should millionaires pay exactly the same for their TV as a little old pensioner of 74?
SKY doesn't get taxpayers money (well apart form the £5mill to show BBC programmes etc.).
END IT ALL - PRIVATISE THE BBC LIKE THE POST OFFICE.

BBC wastes Taxpayers money
How dare they waste our money, my money on such rubbish.
I don't know how in 21st Century Britain it is allowed that an organisation that answers to no one collects over £3.7billion in taxpayers money and spends it on "ENTERTAINMENT"?
If it was your local Council they would have to answer to the voters. Councils are being squeezed dry yet the BBC can spend all this money on the Likes of Jeremy Clarkson upsetting the Argentinians. Nothing happens.
I don't have any feelings for the Argentinians but i do object to the BBC sending Clarkson over there to upset them. Perhaps second thoughts it was a good idea but only if he STAYED there.
Any way if you agree write to your MP and demand that the Government sells off the BBC.
£3billion pounds is 3% of what the NHS spends and they could do with more money, what would you Rather have, you r cancer treatment or Eastenders? I know I might not get the answer I want but then some folk don't agree with me,
So be it.
Privatise the BBC. Stop this waste. Look at all those screens on behind the news readers no one there, if you Council did that they'd soon get sorted out.
More evidence today to support my stance. THey say that they are "saving money". I know a way to save over £3billion....... Privatise the BBC!

Rubbish its a nightmare.
Rubbish! yes its not just thinking about recycling but we can't help what stuff is packaged in. So many different types - its confusing. There should be more standardisation and regulation so we'd easily know what is and isn't recyclable.
Every Council should have the same system, ours doesn't collect Glass, my son's does. If you put stuff in the wrong bin, or the wrong stuff in the BIN they fine you or refuse to collect. How are we supposed to know what bit of plastic IS recyclable which is NOT? There should be one system. The recycle logo printed on if it is, if its not on NO. Simple. All councils should collect waste in the same way then we know and there are no excuses.
